This is my Christmas present to my dad; a portrait of his recently deceased dog Ganjo.
He's a Japanese Akita, lived to the age of 12 (which is typical of most Akitas). His sister died a month earlier of cancer but Ganjo died of severe paralysis in his legs. This is my first pet portrait EVER so it's not all that grand, but I did my best. Sketched and coloured in Photoshop CS. The blend tool is my friend <3 |
